About NXT

Built inside the region’s institutions.

NXT Solutions builds what makes a strategy actually run — for banks, insurers, government bodies and corporates across Egypt, the Gulf and Libya.

01Why we exist

Strategy is rarely the factor that failed.

Most institutions in this region do not fail for want of a strategy. The strategy exists. It was written, presented and approved. What was never built is everything that would have run it — the governance, the process, the reporting, the people who own each part.

There is a second reason, and it is the more common one: the firm that wrote the strategy left before implementation. The recommendations were sound. Nobody stayed to see whether they survived contact with how the institution actually works.

NXT Solutions exists to close that gap. We diagnose what is actually happening, build what was missing, and stay until your own team is running it without us.

02How we work

Four rules we do not bend.

  1. 01

    Diagnose before recommending

The problem named in the brief is rarely the root problem. We spend the first phase understanding how decisions, money and information actually move — because a recommendation built on the presenting symptom fixes nothing.

  2. 02

    Stay through implementation

A document that leaves with the consultant changes nothing. We stay while the new way of working meets reality, correct what does not survive it, and hand over only when named people on your side are running it.

  3. 03

Build the people with the process

Few advisory firms can certify a team on the framework they just wrote. We can, because NXT Training is part of the same firm — so the people who will operate the fix are trained on it, not handed a manual.

  4. 04

    Never trade on names

Our engagements stay anonymous. You will not find a client logo wall on this site, and your institution will not appear on it either. Every engagement we publish is described by sector and by what changed.

03Advisory Board

The people who challenge our thinking.

Before an idea reaches you, someone outside NXT has already argued with it.

They are separate engagements, and most clients start with one. They connect when you need them to: a diagnosis can become a build, and a build can end with your team certified on it.
