The Certificate in Corporate Governance builds the knowledge to implement effective governance frameworks — from the theories underpinning modern governance, including agency and stakeholder theory, through board duties, composition, and committee structures, to the internal control mechanisms that make oversight real. An LIBF-accredited Level 3 certificate, it closes with how CSR, ESG, and sustainability now sit squarely on the board’s agenda.
