NXT Solutions is a professional services firm based in Egypt, delivering consulting, training, and business development for organisations across the region. We work with financial institutions, government entities, and large private sector organisations across Egypt, the Gulf, and Libya.

Rami Al-Khayyat, Strategic Advisor
Rami Al-Khayyat is a seasoned business strategist with over 25 years of experience advising organizations across the Middle East on growth, restructuring, and operational excellence. He has led transformation initiatives across real estate, manufacturing, and financial services, and previously held senior executive roles overseeing corporate strategy and cross-border expansion throughout the GCC and North Africa. Known for his pragmatic, results-driven approach, he holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Jordan and an MBA from the American University of Beirut, along with executive credentials in corporate finance and leadership.
Ahmed Abd El-Salam, Risk & Credit Advisor
Ahmed Abd El-Salam is a banking expert and professional trainer with over 20 years of experience in retail risk and credit management across leading Egyptian banks including Barclays, BNP Paribas, Emirates NBD, and the Industrial Development Bank. He currently serves as a trainer at the Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences, delivering practical programs in risk analysis and credit evaluation. He holds an MBA in Financial Management, a Bachelor's in Management Information Systems, and professional certifications including Certified Manager in Risk Management (CMRM) and Anti-Money Laundering.
Ahmed Sherif, Corporate Banking Advisor
Ahmed Sherif is a corporate banking professional with over 16 years of experience across leading banks in the GCC and Egypt, currently serving as Senior Relationship Manager at Ahli United Bank in Bahrain. He specializes in corporate client relationships, credit analysis, and structuring tailored financing solutions across multiple industries, and has previously held senior roles at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank and First Abu Dhabi Bank. He holds a degree in Economics from the American University in Cairo.
